Hi everyone,
We sang in the finals a few hours ago and we feel great about the performance. We could not have sung better, I don't think. So...now it's out of our hands. We get the results around 7:30 pm but I think we all feel that, no matter what happens, there is no way we could possibly be disappointed. I can only speak for myself, but our performances today and yesterday rank among my all-time best musical moments. And really, that's what it's all about.
Still...keep your fingers crossed...
One of us will write again as soon as we've got the results.
Also, thanks for checking in! It means a lot to us to know we have so many people at home supporting us.

So happy to hear you are thrillled with your performance. We are anxiously awaiting the results (Pam, Lauren and Maria).
The Grand Falls-Windsor and the Bishop's Falls supporters got together at the MacDonald's home in Bishops's Falls to watch and listen this morning. The choir sounded wonderful. You all did a fantastic job. Beautiful solo part Becky. We'll be waiting for the results this afternoon. No doubt in our minds who the best choir is.

WAY TO GO, LADY COVERS!!!! Miriam and I have been wearing our Lady Cove shirts all day for luck and it must have worked. Bought 2 online tickets to hear the broadcast and, much to my disappointment, couldn't get anywhere with it. But I know it sounded great!! Really hoping that somehow it got recorded. I'd love to see it - been thinking about you guys all day.
Hope you get a little time to celebrate. We'll be thinking of you and wearing our shirts for the grand prix - i'm sure the cbc will be listening!!!!!! :):):) I'm going to try the desktop downstairs and see if I have better luck with the broadcast.
